Contest Rules and Regulations

1. This Promotion and its Rules may be waived, modified or supplemented in the sole discretion of News 4U.
2. No Purchase is necessary to participate.
3. Only one registration can be activated per person.
4. The winning registration shall be drawn at the office of News 4U and published at www.News-4U.com.
5. Individuals with a winning registration will be contacted via email. In the event a winner does not respond to News 4U, within seven (7) days, then the holder of the winning registration forfeits all claims to the Prize and the Prize will not be awarded.
6. The holder of a winning registration must be an individual at least 21 years old and a legal resident of the United States of America. The winning individuals shall be solely responsible for all taxes, fees, and expenses associated with or assessed by claiming and accepting a Prize.
7. In the event a winning registration is lost, damaged, destroyed or otherwise not available, News 4U shall have no liability or obligation to any individual, company or entity or to otherwise award the Prize.
8. News 4U reserves the right to cancel this Promotion at any time, in which event News 4U shall have no liability to any individual, company or entity. News 4U is not responsible for an individual encountering technical difficulties accessing or using News 4U’s website during the Promotion.
9. No employees of News 4U or their immediate families are eligible to participate in the Promotion.
10. News 4U does not make any representations as to the safety or fitness of the prizes and repudiates all express and implied warranties concerning the same.
11. By participating in the Promotion, an individual expressly waives any and all claims against News 4U with respect to prize defects, malfunctions and failures and any resulting damages whether to Person or Property
